Who You Are:

You have 3+years of Technical Writing experience under your belt and are looking for your next challenge in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, industry disrupting, SaaS company. What You’ll Do:

Gather, analyze, and organize process documentation and process flows across internal systems and Polly.
Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable, and user-friendly documentation for both internal teams and external audiences.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on a regular basis, aligned with our two-week sprint cycles.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and usability of documentation.
Continuously improve documentation standards, templates, and processes to enhance clarity and efficiency.

What You Have:

Experience documenting and communicating complex workflows or processes in a clear and structured way.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Extras you bring to the table:

Passion for building high-quality documentation that empowers teams and customers.
Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
Comfort working in agile environments and supporting sprint cycles with ongoing documentation updates.
Domain knowledge of capital markets is desirable but not required.
