Customer Service Officer

Job Description

PRISM+ is a fast-growing Singapore-based consumer electronics brand known for its TVs, gaming monitors, air conditioners, ceiling fans, and smart home products.

As part of the PRISM+ Customer Experience team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support and building meaningful relationships with our customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to creating positive customer experiences.

The Customer Service Officer serves as one of the key representatives of the brand, working closely with multiple internal teams to assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely support across various communication channels.

This role requires strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, including written and spoken communication, as you will be supporting customers from different markets. You will be assisting customers through calls, live chats, and emails while ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused experience at every touchpoint.

In this role, you will also gather and relay valuable customer feedback to the relevant departments to help improve products, services, and the overall customer journey. Collaboration, adaptability, and teamwork are highly valued as we continue to foster a positive and supportive work culture.

  • Maintain a positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude that contributes to a healthy and collaborative team culture.

  • Provide customer support in both Mandarin and English through calls, live chats, and email correspondence.

  • Assist customers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information and support in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure customer requests and transactions are resolved within agreed timelines.

  • Uphold high service quality standards aligned with the company’s customer experience goals and brand values.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.

  • Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term customer loyalty to the PRISM+ brand.

  • 14 days Annual Leave

  • 1 day Birthday Leave

  • Statutory contributions including EPF and SOCSO will be provided.

  • RM800 annual flexible medical benefit claimable for medical, dental, and optical expenses (pro-rated based on employment start date).
