Job Description: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Remote (Primary time zone alignment with US operations)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

The COO will play a key strategic and operational leadership role in scaling the companyโs service delivery and internal operations while ensuring high client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Role Summary
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the companyโs day-to-day operational functions, driving operational strategy, improving cross-functional efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of company objectives. The COO will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align operational processes with growth goals, scale service delivery, and strengthen internal systems for performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operational Leadership
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the companyโs vision and growth objectives.
- Drive operational excellence, scalability, and profitability across departments.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Process Optimization & Performance Management
- Streamline internal workflows, standardize processes, and build performance measurement frameworks.
- Lead, monitor, and improve operational KPIs and service delivery metrics.
- Ensure that cross-departmental teams operate efficiently and collaboratively.
Service Delivery & Client Experience
- Oversee the quality and consistency of recruitment, sales support, virtual assistant services, marketing, and other service verticals.
- Implement robust mechanisms for client satisfaction measurement and feedback loops.
- Ensure scalable systems are in place to support current and future client needs.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to departmental heads.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Champion talent development programs and performance management practices.
Financial & Budget Oversight
- Collaborate with finance leadership to monitor operational budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure organizational policies comply with regulatory, legal, and industry standards.
- Mitigate operational risks and establish protocols to protect company assets and data.
