The Global Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for building a world-class recruiting engine that ensures exceptional hiring quality, operational efficiency, and scalable processes across all global markets.
Role Overview
The Global Talent Acquisition Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the full strategic oversight of HIKINEX’s global recruitment function. You will lead high-volume recruiting, executive hiring, global contractor sourcing, and specialty hiring pipelines across multiple regions (PH, LATAM, India, U.S.).
You will build and optimize scalable recruiting processes, strengthen TA systems and data reporting, implement hiring best practices, and lead a large team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and recruiting operations staff.
This role is pivotal in supporting HIKINEX’s rapid growth, ensuring the company consistently hires top-tier talent aligned with client needs and internal competencies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with HIKINEX’s growth roadmap.
- Lead the full TA org: recruiting managers, TA specialists, sourcers, research team, charisma department, recruiting operations, and market intelligence.
- Partner with executives and department heads (Sales, Service Delivery, Training, HR, Client Leadership) to anticipate hiring needs.
- Build strong recruitment pipelines across PH, LATAM, India, Africa, and other emerging markets.
2. Global Recruiting Operations & Process Optimization
- Establish standardized, scalable recruiting processes for both client-assigned roles and internal hiring.
- Oversee candidate workflow management across ATS, CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn, job boards, and global sourcing platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, normalization, and usability across recruiting systems.
- Build automation and analytics dashboards for real-time hiring metrics (fill rate, TAT, source effectiveness, rejection reasons, etc.).
- Implement a continuous improvement framework for recruiting efficiency and quality.
3. Hiring Quality, Data, & Performance Management
- Develop and enforce hiring quality standards, competency frameworks, and scorecards for all role types.
- Own recruiting performance KPIs:
- Time-to-hire
- Quality of hire
- Interview-to-hire ratio
- Early turnover rate
- Client satisfaction score
- Passing rate of training/onboarding
- Use data insights to influence recruiting strategy, resource allocation, and team development.
- Drive a culture of accountability and excellence within the TA organization.
4. Team Management & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop global TA teams to ensure high execution and alignment.
- Implement structured training programs for recruiters, sourcers, charisma specialists, and recruiting operations staff.
- Build succession plans, career paths, and incentive structures tailored to recruiting roles.
- Instill strong operational discipline, productivity expectations, and performance reviews.
5. Client Recruitment Support & Partnership
- Work closely with Client Success and Service Delivery to understand client forecasts and staffing ramps.
- Directly support strategic accounts with specialized or urgent hiring needs.
- Ensure TA communicates effectively with clients on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Provide competitive market intelligence to help clients make informed decisions.
6. Global Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen HIKINEX’s employer brand across all regions through campaigns, content, partnerships, and recruitment marketing.
- Optimize candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring high professionalism and speed.
- Build partnerships with universities, tech communities, recruitment platforms, and talent networks globally.
7. Compliance, Risk, & Global Hiring Policies
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with PH labor code and global contractor regulations.
- Standardize background checks, documentation, compliance steps, and client-required onboarding protocols.
- Mitigate hiring risks by enforcing data integrity, proper documentation, and compliant candidate selection.
