We are an industry cloud platform that provides a front-to-back system of record for investment managers. Dave Duffield founded us in 2018 to modernize the investment management industry with current technology. Our platform uses a single, real-time data set and embedded AI to automate complex tasks, improve collaboration, and provide better client experiences at scale.

We offer modules for Client Engagement, Portfolio Construction, Trading, Compliance, Reconciliation, Portfolio Accounting, Reporting, Revenue Management, and Workflow Management. We use cloud-native data storage and AI tools in our operations.

Our headquarters are in Lake Tahoe, with additional offices in New York, Reno, and the Bay Area. We’ve earned recognition from organizations like Fast Company for our innovation and workplace. Our work involves software development, AWS, investment management, fintech, software engineering, and business applications.
