This isn’t a ‘write some blogs’ kind of role. You’ll be shaping the messaging that fuels real revenue across campaigns, sales, and brand. Rankings.io is a law firm marketing agency built for elite lawyers focused on turning visibility into signed cases. We help firms turn SEO, paid media, websites, and AI-search visibility into measurable growth across the markets that matter most.
We’re hiring a Senior Copywriter to lead performance-driven messaging across Rankings.io, PIM, and PIMCON. Sitting within the Brand Marketing team, this role will shape how our brand shows up across campaigns, web, thought leadership, and sales touchpoints, partnering closely with creative, SEO, paid media, sales, and leadership to strengthen voice consistency, brand authority, and the trust that fuels long-term pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
Write campaign copy across paid social, web, email, brand initiatives, and webpages
Build case studies, proof stories, and client-success narratives
Create email nurture sequences and lifecycle campaigns
Support sales enablement with decks, proposals, and one-pagers
Write pages in collaboration with SEO specialists for SEO/AI search visibility copy
Lead PIM and PIMCON event pages, sponsor copy, and speaker promotions
Develop CTA frameworks, messaging tests, and conversion experiments
Help establish brand and messaging standards across the organization
5-8+ years of copywriting experience in B2B, agency, SaaS, legal, or high-consideration services
Proven experience writing for paid media, social, lifecycle, websites, and sales enablement
Strong understanding of CRO, funnel stages, and audience psychology
Ability to translate marketing concepts into clear, outcome-driven messaging
Experience collaborating with SEO, paid media, design, and sales teams
Exceptional storytelling skills with a bias toward measurable outcomes
Excels at shifting tone of voice for different audiences / channels
Strong cross-collaboration skills across marketing and sales
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
A portfolio or work samples showcasing relevant copy (campaigns, landing pages, email, case studies, etc.).
Starting salary of $80,000

A final conversation with Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager to dive deeper into your work, thinking, and overall fit for the team.
