Reapra is hiring an Organisational Development Intern to support a range of tasks. This includes:
Using information design to support and facilitate the way abstract ideas and multi-source data are expressed, structured, and presented.
Designing visualizations and documents that make complex information accessible to various audiences.
Create and disseminate content in different forms to enable learning and understanding.
Participating in peer learning and discussions.
Support meetings, events and other administrative tasks.
About the role
This is a part-time internship and can be conducted either hybrid or fully remotely. You will be working closely with team members in the GMT+8⁄9 time zones and expected to communicate with those team members during their working hours. The length of the role will be a minimum of 3 months, with opportunities to renew. The role will also require strong ability to write and communicate in English and one other Asian language (preferably Japanese).
