Training & Operations Manager

Job Description

[This role is for Reactor School, one of the portfolio companies under Reapra.] Reactor School designs Entrepreneurship Education (EntreEd) programmes for students and young founders under-30. We work with high schools and universities to help educators implement EntreEd on campus. We help students turn their ideas into projects, and their projects into companies. We believe that the world’s biggest problem is that there are not enough young people solving the world’s biggest problems. Our mission is to Cultivate the Galaxy’s Best Young Founders.

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Programmes & Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery and operational scaling of our training programmes across schools, universities, corporates, and ecosystem partners (local and overseas). This role combines programme ownership, operational governance, people management, stakeholder management, and quality assurance. You will lead a team of Programmes & Operations Officers and ensure that programmes are delivered with excellence, consistency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Leadership & Client Delivery

  • Own the full lifecycle of the design, development and delivery of the programme, from client kick-off through post-programme closure.
  • Lead integration and cross-functional alignment to ensure all deliverables are clearly defined and met.
  • Manage manpower, budgets, vendors, logistics, and operational execution to deliver programmes smoothly and on time.
  • Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure minimal disruption to participants and clients.
  • Deliver structured post-programme reporting and ensure follow-through on improvements.

2. Operational Governance, Team Leadership & Systems Scaling

  • Establish and uphold programme execution standards across all levels of programme complexity.
  • Lead and supervise Programmes & Operations team members, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and high performance standards.
  • Review programme plans, documentation, and outputs from team members to minimise risk, errors, and delivery gaps.
  • Institutionalise workflows, templates, and operating procedures to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Identify systemic risks and drive continuous process improvements across programme operations.

3. Stakeholder, Partner, and Training Team Management

  • Serve as the primary operational point-of-contact for clients, service providers, and institutional partners.
  • Recruit and manage relationships with trainers, facilitators, mentors, guest speakers, and service providers.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across all stakeholders.
  • Address concerns promptly and escalate strategically when required.
  • Adapt delivery approaches across different cultural contexts and stakeholder profiles.

4. Participant Experience & Quality Assurance

  • Own the end-to-end participant experience across assigned programmes.
  • Analyse feedback, monitoring & evaluation data, and on-ground insights to drive measurable improvements.
  • Ensure programmes meet defined learning objectives and quality standards.
  • Oversee accurate documentation, compliance requirements, and timely trainer payments.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational discipline within the team.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in programme management, operations, project management, or education/training delivery.
  • Experience leading teams or overseeing junior staff.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects/workstreams simultaneously.

  5. Be familiar with the education sector, including how to market to educators and school leaders. Have a keen interest in entrepreneurship, startups, tech and/or venture capital.
