About RQM+
We are a MedTech Contract Research Organization (CRO) that supports medical device and diagnostics products from concept to post-market. We offer regulatory and quality expertise, FDA-recognized laboratory services (through Jordi Labs), clinical trials, and reimbursement strategies for various device types and therapeutic areas. Our services include regulatory affairs, quality systems, design assurance, product quality, and post-market surveillance. We also help with EU MDR, clinical evaluation reports, 510(k), PMA, De Novo submissions, human factors, and design verification and validation.
We partner with clients in several ways: outsourcing entire projects or specific functions, offering consulting for targeted expertise, or providing staff to fill skill or capacity gaps. We have over 40 years of experience in regulatory and quality consulting, working with 19 of the top 20 medical device companies and 7 of the top 10 IVD companies. Our technology platforms help us work more efficiently, and we have completed successful regulatory submissions in the U.S., Europe, and the U.K.
RQM+ was formed in 2020 when R&Q Solutions (founded 2008) acquired Maetrics (established 1984). Since then, we have acquired AcKnowledge Regulatory Strategies (2021), Jordi Labs (2022) for lab services, and Libra Medical and CRO Kottmann (2023) for clinical trial expertise. Our headquarters are in Cary, NC, U.S., and Altrincham, Cheshire, U.K., with additional offices in Switzerland and Germany. Our lab facility is in Mansfield, MA, U.S.
