Job Description
- Design and evolve scalable, cloud-native data architectures for advanced analytics
- Develop and maintain real-time and batch data processing platforms
- Define and implement data modeling standards for structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into solutions
- Optimize platform scalability, cost, and performance in cloud environments
- Establish architectural standards for data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering
- Strong experience with data engineering, cloud computing services, and solutions in the field of data and analytics. Azure is preferable
- Expertise in data analytics fundamentals, such as dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, and structured and unstructured data
- Strong knowledge of SQL and solid practical experience with Python or Scala
- Strong experience with database development and data modeling, ideally with Databricks or Spark
- Good understanding of big data databases, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, etc. Snowflake is preferable
- Fluency in business English
