We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Platforms.

Role and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, remote role for a Product Manager - Platform located in the United States. The Product Manager will oversee the development and management of platform products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Key responsibilities include defining product strategies, prioritizing feature roadmaps, coordinating between cross-functional teams, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. The Product Manager will also work closely with stakeholders to assess business requirements and optimize platform performance. Development teams are located overseas and overlap for critical collaboration is requested.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus.

Skills and Experience:

  • Product Management and Business Strategy skills, including defining product roadmaps and aligning them with company goals.

  • Experience in Platform Development with expertise in managing features, integrations, and system architecture.

  • Experience with Agentic Commerce and other AI related fields.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Team Coordination skills to liaise effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to evaluate market trends, customer data, and platform performance metrics.

  • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills to deliver clear updates and align expectations.

  • Background in retail platforms or SaaS products is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Trello.
