Job Description
[solidcore] is looking for a Facilities Project Coordinator to join our team to support our studios. Reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Field Manager, the Facilities Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance/upkeep of the studios through work queue management.
This position will be based at our Arlington, VA headquarters with a hybrid schedule - Monday through Wednesday in office and Thursday-Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track multiple facilities projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
- Manage a high volume of work orders across varying priority levels, ensuring timely responses and resolution by internal teams and vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and building management
- Communicate project timelines and expectations to field and regional teams
- Solicit, review, and manage vendor bids and proposals
- Issue and manage work orders through our CMMS, FEXA
- Coordinate contractor site access, scheduling, and on-site activity
- Ensure vendors meet compliance, insurance, and safety requirements
- Coordinate with studio field teams to minimize disruption during project execution
- Enter and update project data in FEXA
- Serve as on-call point of contact for studio teams up to twice per month
- Ad hoc projects (ex. document overall review of vendor performance, rollout new vendor pilots across field teams)
- Support other Facilities Project Coordinators that are out of office

It will be helpful if you possess the following:
- 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, vendor management, or multi-site operations.
- Aptitude for prioritizing multiple projects.
- A ‘can do’ spirit and positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation range: 65,000-68,000 annually
