About the project
Our client supports the accounting department of a major US on-demand logistics and food delivery platform — handling reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting at significant scale. You’ll plug into an established team with executive-level visibility and real impact on how the accounting function runs.
About the role
You’ll own end-to-end delivery planning and execution on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, while being hands-on with the data, the tickets and the details. If you enjoy running the project and digging into the work itself, you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll do
Drive strategic, tactical, and operational planning across large-scale projects — tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources.
Create, execute, and communicate project plans covering scope, schedule, staffing, quality, risk, budget, and procurement.
Mitigate risks, resolve issues, close resource gaps, and keep initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
Establish intake, grooming, assignment, and management processes for engineering tasks and tickets.
Review project financials, monitor variances, and manage change controls.
Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews; produce clear notes and follow-ups.
Define and continuously improve PM processes, methodologies, and tools.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems and techniques.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
5+ years working in agile environments on projects or portfolios.
Strong hands-on fluency with Jira (required) and other PM tooling.
Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and change control.
Excellent executive-level stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate, drive, and inspire delivery teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
Basic SQL skills and familiarity with accounting concepts are a strong plus.
Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
Must be based in Brazil with the ability to align with US Pacific business hours.
