Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to serve as the Health Cloud SME while leading development initiatives across the Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Copado, and core Salesforce development.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and actively contribute to architecture and solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Salesforce Health Cloud Subject Matter Expert (Healthcare domain experience required)
Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions
Provide hands-on development using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and integrations
Develop and configure OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards)
Oversee CI/CD processes using Copado (version control and deployment automation)
Mentor and support developers through code reviews and best practice enforcement
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security, and performance standards
Support deployment planning and release management activities
Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
10+ years of Salesforce platform experience
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud implementation experience
Strong expertise in:
Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Integrations)
Health Cloud
OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards)
Copado (CI/CD, Version Control, Deployment Automation)
Proven experience in a Development Lead or Technical Lead role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
