Are you passionate about digital advertising and sales? Do you speak Hebrew at a native level and want to grow in a dynamic, international environment? Join us as a Digital Media Sales Specialist for the Hebrew market and help drive the success of our advertising clients.

Main Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, social media, and industry events.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Sales Presentations & Closing

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ advertising goals and budgets.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and compelling sales presentations.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our digital advertising solutions and close deals.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to design effective advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.

Revenue Growth & Expansion

  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Maximize account value and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in outbound sales (preferably in digital advertising).

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, tools, and trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • C1 English and C2 Hebrew (mandatory).
