Sales Enablement & Training Lead

Level: Sr. Manager or Director (Depending on Experience)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Compensation: $150,000 base + bonus + benefits


Build and lead enablement with real impact

We’re hiring a Sales Enablement & Training Lead to design and deliver the programs that empower our revenue teams to succeed — from onboarding to ongoing development. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with the flexibility to be hired at either the Sr. Manager or Director level, depending on your experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to shape enablement strategy, build scalable training content, and coach reps to consistently perform. You’ll also play a key role in optimizing how we use platforms like Outreach, Fathom, and AI tools to enable learning at scale.

What you’ll do

  • Create and deliver onboarding and training programs that accelerate rep productivity.

  • Partner with GTM leaders to align enablement efforts with revenue goals

  • Leverage tools like Outreach, Fathom, and AI platforms to build and scale content

  • Design playbooks, e-learning modules, battlecards, and coaching resources

  • Run live workshops, training sessions, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching

  • Assess skill gaps through performance data, feedback, and collaboration

  • Track enablement KPIs and continuously improve learning programs

  • Stay up to date on modern sales practices and instructional design trends

  • Manage the enablement budget and allocate resources effectively


What you bring

  • Experience leading sales enablement or training programs in a B2B SaaS or tech environment

  • Strong instructional design and content creation skills

  • Proven facilitation ability — both live and virtual

  • Familiarity with modern sales tech (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Lessonly, Fathom)

  • A data-driven mindset for improving performance and proving impact

  • Comfortable operating in a hybrid environment and collaborating cross-functionally

  • Depending on experience, ability to lead as a strong Sr. Manager or as a Director

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
