Job Responsibilities
At Trafilea, design is not decoration—it’s performance.
You’ll elevate the brand, ensure consistency across every channel, and push creative boundaries by leveraging AI—while building scalable frameworks and optimizing creative processes to reach millions of customers worldwide.

Create high-performing visual assets for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
Design with performance in mind: iterate based on data, not opinions
Produce multiple creative variations to support testing and optimization
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration
Collaborate with marketing, performance, and product teams
Maintain strong brand consistency across all touchpoints
Improve workflows using AI and automation
Requirements
8+ years as a Senior Designer or Design Specialist (flexible for top talent)
Experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Strong portfolio in digital marketing and campaign design
Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Krea, Midjourney, etc.)
Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Fluent in English
