We are a fast-growing company seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our team and elevate our brand in a competitive market. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with a challenger mentality, where you’ll be empowered to make a visible impact and drive growth.
You’ll be responsible for leading a small but ambitious team, delivering tactical marketing campaigns, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints. Success in this role requires a blend of creativity, commercial acumen, and strong leadership skills.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience managing a marketing team (3+ years).
- Understands distributor-led markets and how to influence end-users.
- Thrives on execution and delivery, not just strategy.
- Is confident presenting and advocating for the brand.
- Is data-driven, resilient, and outcome-focused
- Experienced in Content creation, writing, Social media, email campaigns.
- Ideal but not essential - website development and video editing.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30–16:30 this role is ideally office based and there Is flexibility on hybrid options, but is not a remote role.
