Job Description

WHY DEPT®?

We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.

THE ROLE:

Working closely with the Creative, Production, and Project Management teams, the Sr. Creator/Influencer Marketing Manager plays a central role in executing creator and influencer campaigns from kickoff through final delivery. This role is responsible for turning creator-driven ideas into well-managed, high-quality deliverables, coordinating talent, content production workflows, approvals, timelines, and asset delivery across multiple campaigns.

You understand how creators work and how content gets made. You are highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple creator partners and production streams simultaneously. You can translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, guide creators through requirements, and ensure content meets brand, legal, and platform standards.

We are looking for someone with strong creator production and content execution experience across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat. This is a mid-level role embedded within cross-functional teams, supporting large client engagements. This person is hands-on, detail-driven, comfortable in client-facing conversations, and experienced coordinating creator content production, approvals, contracts, and final delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

● Managing creator content production from briefing through final asset delivery

● Coordinating production timelines, deliverables, and approval workflows

● Guiding creators through brand requirements, legal guidelines, and platform specs

● Reviewing creator content for brand alignment, quality control, and compliance

● Supporting creators with production questions, revisions, and technical needs

Creator & Talent Coordination

Supporting creator sourcing and casting in partnership with strategy and creative teams

● Participating in creator vetting and selection processes

● Managing day-to-day creator communications once talent is engaged

● Maintaining strong working relationships with creators, agents, and managers

● Coordinating creator onboarding and briefing sessions

● Maintaining internal creator trackers and production status reports

Project & Campaign Execution

Partnering with project management to maintain schedules and delivery milestones

● Managing multiple creator workstreams across concurrent campaigns (typically 5–7 projects)

● Supporting client-facing production updates and status reporting

● Distributing briefs, production guidelines, and deliverable specs

● Tracking approvals and revisions across stakeholders

● Coordinating cross-team handoffs between creative, legal, media, and account teams

Third-Party & Partner Management

Coordinating with creator agencies, talent reps, and production vendors

● Supporting contract routing and production paperwork

● Collaborating with legal and business affairs on creator deliverables and usage requirements

● Assisting with creator negotiations from a scope and production standpoint

● Helping maintain preferred creator and production partner rosters

Finance & Delivery Oversight

Tracking creator production budgets and deliverable scopes

● Supporting creator payment and invoicing workflows

● Ensuring production costs align with approved budgets

● Assisting with reconciliation of creator deliverables vs contracted scope

WHAT YOU BRING:

5-7 years experience in social or creator production, influencer marketing, or related social media field

● Strong working knowledge of creator content workflows across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and Meta platforms

● Extensive experience casting and vetting creators

● Experience managing creator or influencer deliverables end-to-end

● Experience coordinating content production

● Experience working with creators, talent managers, or influencer agencies

● Experience working in a marketing, advertising, media, or production environment

● Strong project and timeline management skills

● Experience reviewing content for brand and legal compliance

● Familiarity with creator contracts and usage terms

● Knowledge of creator platform specs and content formats

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

● Ability to manage multiple simultaneous production streams

● Highly organized with strong attention to detail

● Experience managing creator scopes, budgets, and deliverables

ADDITIONAL THINGS THAT WILL IMPRESS US:

● 7-10 years experience in marketing, advertising, or production

● Experience producing creator-led shoots or remote content capture

● Analytical mindset with familiarity interpreting performance metrics
