CFO - Estate Management Services - Brydon Group Portfolio Company
Location: Southeast U.S. • (Remote + ~20% travel)
Pay: $185K–$250K base + performance bonus + equity (range depends on experience and complexity of operations)

Role Snapshot
Lead finance for a multi-entity property and services organization. You’ll handle both strategy and execution—building systems, driving reporting, and managing financial operations end to end. Ideal for a senior controller or VP stepping into their first CFO seat.
What You’ll Do
Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across entities
Own FP&A: budgets, variance analysis, and long-range planning
Oversee accounting, cash flow, and compliance
Manage CapEx planning, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules
Build financial controls, processes, and reporting systems
Support ownership and private equity partners on M&A and capital strategy
Develop a lean, capable finance team as the business scales
Must-Haves
CPA or MBA
10+ years in multi-entity finance or operations accounting
Experience in a private equity–backed environment
Background in asset-heavy accounting and CapEx management
Proven experience in FP&A and data-driven financial planning
Demonstrated success building or upgrading financial systems
Strong grasp of GAAP, cash flow, and consolidation
Willing to travel regionally (~20%)

Experience in property services, construction, or real estate operations
ERP migration or NetSuite buildout
