The Problem you will solve

Providers don’t adopt new technology because it’s interesting, they adopt it because it clearly improves outcomes and workflows. Your job is to open doors, run strong discovery, close complex clinic deals, and drive predictable revenue growth for Care Collaboration.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through close and early activation for provider and clinic accounts
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Execute disciplined outbound strategies using multi-channel outreach
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate clinical and operational impact
  • Accurately forecast pipeline movement and revenue outcomes
  • Partner with Customer Success and Solutions to ensure strong activation and long-term account growth
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities across additional clinics, service lines, and product capabilities

  • Consistent quota attainment
  • Strong pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
  • High-quality deals that activate successfully
  • Expansion revenue from existing clinic accounts
  • Shorter sales cycles and improving win rates over time

You Should Apply If

  • You have 4–8 years of full-cycle healthcare sales experience, selling into provider or clinic organizations
  • You have a track record of consistent quota attainment
  • You’ve closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • You’re strong in consultative discovery and can translate technical solutions into clear clinical and financial value
  • You’re comfortable prospecting and generating your own pipeline
  • You understand clinical workflows and how providers make purchasing decisions
  • You’re disciplined about pipeline management and forecasting
  • You move fast, follow up aggressively, and don’t need hand-holding

You Should NOT Apply If

  • You rely entirely on inbound leads and don’t enjoy prospecting
  • You’ve never carried a quota
  • You avoid hard conversations in deals
  • You prefer strategy discussions over revenue execution
  • You need a highly structured enterprise sales machine to operate effectively
  • You struggle with accountability around metrics and performance

Compensation & Details

  • Salary: $130,000- $140,000 per year (OTE structure to be discussed)depending on experience and skills. (Compensation is influenced by experience, skill set, and demonstrated performance.)
  • Location: Hybrid – NYC (3 days per week in office located in Chelsea)
  • Reports to: GM, Care Collaboration
