The Role
We’re looking for an Experienced Software Engineer to build and scale our data systems. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks for robust backend systems and data pipelines that integrate with multiple clinical data sources.

- Build a next-generation data platform using cutting-edge technologies.
- Be part of a strategic, high-priority team driving a key company initiative.
- Integrate with diverse external clinical data sources, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Maintain high reliability, scalability, and data integrity across the platform.
- Uphold strong engineering standards to ensure a robust and future-proof system
- Use meta-level thinking to create generic, declarative frameworks
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of backend and data eng. development experience with a focus on Node.js and Python.
- Experience designing and building data pipelines (APIs, ETL, batch processing).
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion to get things done.
- Can do attitude
Nice to Have:
- Experience building self-service data platforms or AI-powered workflows.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS).
