Job Description
Objective of the role: To own and manage relationships with a large territory of Mid-Market clients’ accounts as a full sales cycle seller. To drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.
The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Applies knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Manages mid market accounts, driving full-cycle B2B sales and identifies new account opportunities, maintains account plans, creates presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.
- Forecasts sales and has knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
- Participates in client communications, and develops and delivers client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
- Maintains industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.
- Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.
- Leverage CRM tools and data insights to grow portfolio and achieve revenue targets.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Account Management, Opportunity Management, and B2B Sales in IT, financial services or payments.
- Skilled in pipeline development, deal closure, and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic and English is essential with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High Level Knowledge of Visa products and ability to drive growth through premiumization, cross-border, and digital enablement.
