From refined vector design to crafted motion graphics, your work will help thousands of U.S.-based small businesses stand out with consistency and confidence.
This role blends creativity, precision, and collaboration in an AI-assisted environment where every design has purpose and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Design original, meaningful logos that look clear and consistent across digital, print, and motion.
- Create high-quality logo animations in Adobe After Effects, combining strong design with clean, professional motion.
- Present multiple logo concepts, explaining your design logic and direction clearly.
- Adapt logos into deliverables such as favicons, social profile versions, and brand kits.
- Collaborate with your Manager and team leads to refine designs through reviews and feedback.
- Deliver complete brand asset packages across required digital and print formats with accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain creativity and attention to detail while meeting project timelines.
Who You Are
- A visual designer with an eye for proportion, clarity, and brand meaning.
- Comfortable designing across styles—minimalist, corporate, expressive, or premium.
- Receptive to feedback and focused on improving with every iteration.
- Familiar with design styles and cultural cues for U.S. audiences.
Skills & Experience to Have
Must-Have
- 3+ years of professional experience in logo design and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
- A portfolio of 20 or more original logo and animation samples.
- Solid understanding of branding, color, typography, and layout.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience designing for U.S. small and mid-sized businesses.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and efficient asset workflows.
