Senior Sales Recruiter (Internet/Telecom)

This is a Remote/Telecommuting Role

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for top-performing sales talent across the internet, broadband, telecom, technology, and B2B sectors. This IC role requires strong sourcing expertise, deep understanding of sales roles, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders. You’ll identify and hire candidates who can drive revenue growth and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for AE, sales engineer, regional sales, channel/partner, and other quota-carrying roles.
  • Build strong pipelines using advanced sourcing, market research, passive outreach, and industry networking.
  • Proactive talent sourcing of advanced managed services, cloud and application solutions acumen (i.e U.C.A.S.S., Advanced Network Security, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity).
  • Partner with Sales & Revenue leadership to align on hiring needs, compensation structures, and success profiles.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess KPIs, quota history, methodologies, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy, track key recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance.
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and a best-in-class candidate/hiring manager experience.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years specializing in sales roles (telecom, SaaS, or tech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, KPIs, quotas, and revenue drivers.
  • Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proven ability to source passive talent and influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.
  • Experience recruiting in broadband, fiber, wireless, cable, ISP, or related B2B sectors is a plus.
