Founded in 2012, we are a telecommunications company that provides cable television, digital phone, and internet services for homes and businesses. We operate across 16 states and have 37 retail locations.

Our network uses fiber and hybrid fiber coaxial lines to deliver internet speeds up to 8 Gig for homes and 10 Gig for businesses, supporting WiFi 7 technology. We offer high-speed internet, digital TV, and home phone services. For businesses, we provide solutions like hosted voice, fiber backhaul, cloud-based services, and PRI. Our residential services also include whole-home WiFi with eero and DirecTV Stream.

We have invested hundreds of millions in network upgrades over the past decade.

We offer an annual performance-based bonus program, with potential payouts up to 200% of the annual base salary. We also provide a 401K program with a 100% employer match. All employees receive a Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) allocation twice a year; its value increases with the company’s valuation.

We also provide communication and training, plus courtesy cable in markets where it’s available.
