What We’re Looking For
Desired Education
Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related major
General Knowledge
Proficiency in accounting/bookkeeping
Knowledge of GAAP
Experience
Ability to manage accounting projects with strong organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to get things done (hustle)
Proficient in NetSuite preferred
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Applications, as well as Google Drive Applications
Ability to learn and adapt to frequently changing technology trends
Practices high ethical and confidentiality standards
Qualities
Capable of working concurrently on several projects
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time/project management skills
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting process controls
Assist in the processing of A/R and A/P
Execute and review automated and non-automated billing
Assist in production of Monthly Closing Package
Oversee the management of hourly time review for billable/non-billable approval
Spearhead the reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards, monitor cashflow accounts
Training
Our “Bootcamp” accounting training program will be provided for new WebFX “family members”.
On-site, state of the art training amenities to facilitate departmental trainings

Compensation
$70K-$85K, opportunity for additional bonus
Schedule
This position offers the potential for flexibility in hours and work-from-home. The ideal candidate would be in the office (post-training) 3+ days per week. Potential for flexible working hours as well, for the right candidate!
