This role is currently available in the following shift.

Tuesday - Saturday 2PM-11PM

  • Provide care to our users on calls, chat and email
  • Get to know each user’s goals and needs, helping to guide them through their journey by providing advice on their sites and businesses
  • Help users solve problems while exposing additional ways they can achieve their goals and succeed online
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Liaise with all other departments and product teams about our users’ needs
  • Make an impact on the way we support our users by improving our flows to ensure the best experience possible

Qualifications

  • You have a customer service experience in any industry.  No tech or IT experience is required - we’ll train you!
  • You’re fluent in English (verbal and written) and based in Kyiv or Lviv (or nearby areas).
  • You’re passionate about new technologies and always eager to learn more.
  • You have strong critical thinking skills.
  • You hold yourself to high standards and work to improve constantly.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and look at change as an opportunity to grow.
  • You love building relationships and helping others succeed.
  • You’re curious to know what really drives users.

Additional Information

We are Wix’s Customer Care Guild. We’re not your typical customer support. We represent the Wix user’s voice and work closely with Product to deeply understand Wix technologies and services. As part of our global organization of Customer Care, we’re responsible for building solid relationships with Wix users, uncovering their business needs, and guiding them to success. Working with us, you’ll find a friendly atmosphere, fantastic coworkers, and diverse growth opportunities in a dynamic environment. This is a flexible hybrid position based in Kyiv.
