This role is currently available in the following shift.
Tuesday - Saturday 2PM-11PM
- Provide care to our users on calls, chat and email
- Get to know each user’s goals and needs, helping to guide them through their journey by providing advice on their sites and businesses
- Help users solve problems while exposing additional ways they can achieve their goals and succeed online
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction
- Liaise with all other departments and product teams about our users’ needs
- Make an impact on the way we support our users by improving our flows to ensure the best experience possible
Qualifications
- You have a customer service experience in any industry. No tech or IT experience is required - we’ll train you!
- You’re fluent in English (verbal and written) and based in Kyiv or Lviv (or nearby areas).
- You’re passionate about new technologies and always eager to learn more.
- You have strong critical thinking skills.
- You hold yourself to high standards and work to improve constantly.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and look at change as an opportunity to grow.
- You love building relationships and helping others succeed.
- You’re curious to know what really drives users.
