As our Workplace Services and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the Dublin office is safe, efficient, well-maintained, and aligned with our company culture. You will oversee daily workplace operations and lead essential projects like office fitouts and space optimizations.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Dublin office as part of the Site Operations team
Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace and facilities projects to maintain high office standards
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure efficient service delivery
Direct Health & Safety initiatives for the site to maintain a safe working environment
Oversee office fitout projects, moves, and space optimizations
Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Security, and Procurement to align workplace initiatives with organizational needs
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in facility management or a similar workplace services role
Proven experience in leading office fitout projects is essential
Strong background in vendor and procurement management
Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety standards and implementation
Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional departments like HR, IT, and Finance
High level of organizational and project management skills
This is a hybrid position, and the team is expected to come to the office 4 days per week.
Working hours are 9am-6pm.
