Must-have Skills:

- Pair Programming: Comfortable learning through collaboration and active feedback.
- AI Tools: Can use tools like Copilot or LLMs as support but must understand the code being produced.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, self-learning mindset, and coachability.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
