As a Visual Communicator focused on Production Design, you will support global marketing initiatives by creating brand-aligned visual assets within a structured and regulated design system. This role emphasizes precision, consistency, and execution excellence across digital and print formats while ensuring accessibility and compliance standards are met.
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring onsite collaboration in Guadalajara or Mexico City (CDMX).
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality visual content—including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and print collateral—using predefined templates.
Apply established brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency and regulatory compliance across formats.
Deliver production-ready assets with minimal creative deviation, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing stakeholders.
Ensure all visuals meet accessibility standards and align with brand and legal compliance requirements.
Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables under tight deadlines.
Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold quality assurance standards in every asset produced.
Adapt quickly to evolving tools, templates, workflows, and business priorities.
Must-have Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field.
2–3+ years of professional experience in visual or graphic design, preferably within a high-volume production environment.
Advanced English level (written and spoken), as this role supports global marketing initiatives.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience working with digital, print, and editorial formats.
Demonstrated ability to follow templates, structured systems, and detailed brand guidelines.
Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams and business units.
Nice-to-have
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
Familiarity with content management platforms such as AEM.
Experience with collaborative design tools such as Figma.
Background in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, pharmaceutical, or legal sectors).
Understanding of structured marketing workflows and cross-functional review cycles.
Interest in brand governance and production quality assurance processes.
