Job Purpose
We are seeking a Gaming Product Operations Manager to strategically oversee and optimise the performance and delivery of social gaming products by managing supplier relationships, analysing data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a competitive and innovative gaming experience.
Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Gaming Product Lead to develop and implement the ongoing strategy for the Gaming Team.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Onboard new technical partners and potential suppliers.
- Work closely with existing suppliers to maximise growth from their content and marketing tools.
- Coordinate with the Casino Product team to integrate game deliveries from suppliers into the company’s optimal roadmap.
- Focus on the delivery roadmap, working with suppliers and QA to ensure the process is as robust as possible.
- Proactively look for opportunities to automate the testing and delivery process
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Work with the team Data Analyst to ensure that the reporting is as timely and as accurate as possible, and facilitates Data-Driven Decision Making.
Process Improvements:
- Work with the rest of the Gaming Team to analyse and improve the tools and the processes the team uses.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure they are informed about supplier-delivered tools and the games roadmap for efficient marketing strategies.
- Work with the rest of the Gaming Team to understand the competitive environment, including current competitor activities and future industry trends.
- Assist the Gaming Product Team in becoming a knowledge source for other departments, stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the Online Casino or Social Casino industry.
2+ years of experience managing suppliers or working as an Account Manager for a supplier dealing with operators.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
Familiarity with all parts of an Online Gaming/Social Gaming company.
Strong communication skills.
