Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with English speaking clients onboarding their new website builds
- Help clients through email, phone, screen-share meetings.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Delegating Tasks or Project to Team members
- Liaising with cross-functional internal teams including the customer service team and the website design project team to improve the entire customer experience
- Monitor and assess client’s sites to ensure that we provide high-quality products
- Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on the needs of the client.
- Ensuring to set correct expectations, timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs and objectives
- Meeting required monthly KPIs set by management
- Will be reporting directly to US Branded Sites Manager
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Experience on CMS such as Squarespace, Wix or Wordpress is a PLUS
- Project Management or Account Management experience
- Knowledge on HTML/CSS is a PLUS
- Must be an experienced, confident, and diligent problem solver
- Must be hardworking and proactive
- Must be willing to work full shift in PST Timezone
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5⁄7 or equal is highly required
- MUST have the latest Operating System
Windows 11 64bit / Mac Ventura / Sonoma
- 16GB RAM with 100GB Free disk space
- MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
- 20 mbps minimum wired connection for main isp
- Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
- Back up power source
