Job Description
Must-Have Skills: • Strong experience with Xpedition tool and Allegro, Altium CAD tools. Preferably Xpedition tool • Proficient in Teamcenter PLM system. • Solid understanding of PCB layout design fundamentals and manufacturing feasibility. • Good knowledge of BoM creation and maintenance. • Teamwork and Co-ordination • Independently work directly with clients and collaborate with hardware and mechanical teams to support end-to-end project execution. • Hands-on experience in high-speed multi-layer PCB layout, including component placement, constraint setup, routing, DFM checks, and final Gerber release. • Strong knowledge of HDI PCB layouts, including blind, buried, and micro via technologies. • Good knowledge of signal integrity, thermal management, and EMI/EMC concepts for PCB design. • PCB Footprint creation and validation as per IPC Standards • Good understanding of PCB Manufacturing processes, technology and Surface Mount assembly process. • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision • Strong time-management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
 Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with PCB Cad tools and engineering documentation standards.
 • Knowledge of procedure writing and technical documentation best practices.
 • Awareness of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA). • Prior experience in a regulated or high-precision industry is an added advantage.
  Qualifications: • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and communication Engineering or a related field.
