Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Manager or Associate Director of Scaling Systems to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of some of our key data systems and infrastructure ( e.g., enrollment, student information systems). We are open to hiring at the Manager or Associate Director level; title and compensation will be determined after assessment of experience, skills, and competencies.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of professional experience; 1-4 years of Project or Product Management experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end systems implementation projects including vendor and implementation partner management, data migration, configuration and customization, third-party integrations, and end user support
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa; strong communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Superb organizational and project management skills, with the ability to create and execute project plans, set priorities, and meet deadlines; Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive consensus across stakeholders
  • Strong understanding or experience with schooling systems preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce and or School Systems a plus (e.g. SIS)

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of Zeta’s key systems (e.g., Salesforce, SIS), including driving of business process redesign, completing trailheads, collecting all documents from the team, coordinating and participating in end-user testing activities, driving full migration from current systems, coordinating / translating between implementation partner and Zeta’s internal teams, conducting admin and end-user training, owning subsequent systems maintenance, and supporting end-users after go-live.
  • Act as an internal product manager, partnering with teams across Zeta’s Network to deeply understand workflows, surface gaps and pain points, define problems, identify opportunities for improvement ( e.g., automations and dashboards), and build effective solutions
  • Visualize and build data dashboards to enable non-technical stakeholders to monitor and make data-driven decisions
  • Project manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and moving parts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Bring systems expertise from past roles, offering informed recommendations and best practices around systems architecture, tools, and implementation strategies
  • Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis and hiring for an immediate opening. The salary range is between $90,000 and $130,000 New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the ranges, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. Managers and above are eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
