ZigZag is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join the team!
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will execute content strategy and support campaign delivery across the day-to-day marketing streams to support key business objectives and revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you will need great attention to detail, exceptional coordination and time management skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise workflow within our established channel processes.
Key responsibilities
- Helping to build email, push, and SMS campaigns within the marketing platform and external tools
- Coordinating the proofing & approvals process to attain stakeholder feedback
- Communicating campaign details and audience segmentation
- Applying best practices to marketing campaigns and identifying new ways to improve campaign performance
- Monitor and optimise always-on automated campaigns: regularly update creative and conduct A/B tests to maximise omni-channel performance
- Work with the product team to troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose/correct incorrect workflow triggering
- Assist with QA to ensure 100% error-free execution on campaign elements and set-up
- Supporting the Customer engagement teamβs A/B testing goals and requirements
- Assist with process improvements, quality checks, logging errors, and escalating potential issues
- Report on key metrics for day-to-day marketing campaigns across email and push
- Manages email marketing calendar and coordinates additional requests for CRM team
- Collaborate with Commercial, category marketing, design teams to improve asset delivery processes
- Support weekly planning and strategy
- Additional marketing support where required
