Zilliant is looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge on paid media strategy while orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns that fuel our pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for maximizing the performance of paid digital channels, building multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring every marketing investment delivers measurable ROI. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints, and you’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the strategy and execution for paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, content syndication, and other digital platforms to drive high-quality leads.
  • Create and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that combine paid media with email, social, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Write, design, and build targeted email campaigns that engage prospects, nurture leads, and move opportunities through the funnel.
  • Monitor and optimize performance daily using analytics and marketing automation tools, turning data into actionable improvements that boost ROI.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure unified messaging, precise targeting, and alignment on campaign goals.
  • Own timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure every campaign launches on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

  • Collaborative and communicative, with a knack for aligning cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media strategy, demand generation, or digital marketing (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic tools) and proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI.
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns that span multiple channels and nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong skills in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
