The Role:
As an Outbound Account Executive/Sales Agent, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting to closing. You’ll be targeting businesses that can benefit from our high-intent lead generation services and marketing partnerships. We don’t focus on high-volume activity for the sake of activity. Instead, we expect smart, thoughtful outreach that leads to real conversations and high conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Use a consultative sales approach to understand each prospect’s goals and tailor solutions accordingly
Strategically manage your outreach through cold calls, emails, and social selling (minimum of 1,000 targeted activities/week)
Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities with precision and urgency
Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to drive value on both sides
Track activity and progress through Salesforce (or your CRM)
Requirements:
2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in lead generation, marketing, SaaS, or professional services
Proven ability to close deals averaging $10K+ in value
Strong win rates and the ability to demonstrate sales performance through metrics
Skilled in negotiation, solution-selling, and navigating complex decision-making processes
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach
