Our specialized business unit, MyOrthoVA (MOVA), focuses on the unique needs of orthodontic and dental practices. If you’re passionate about transforming how practices run—and you love consultative sales—this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dental and orthodontic practices, DSOs, and OSOs.

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with healthcare decision-makers, demonstrating clear ROI and solving practice pain points.

  • Develop sales strategies and maintain a strong pipeline through HubSpot (or similar CRM).

  • Stay ahead of the curve on dental/ortho market trends and competitive solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Services, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction.

  • Represent MEDVA & MOVA at industry events, conferences, and through ambassador and referral programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of sales or account management experience in the orthodontic or dental industry—you know how these practices run.

  • A true hunter mindset—you’re proactive, persistent, and results-driven.

  • Experience with remote or offshore staffing models is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can speak the language of clinicians and business leaders alike.

  • Proven success hitting and exceeding sales goals in a fast-moving environment.
