Role Summary:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Patsnap team where you will play a critical role in managing and expanding relationships within your assigned book of business. Your focus will be on driving customer success by ensuring that clients realize maximum value from Patsnap’s offerings.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly net renewal and expansion targets, while also building long-term, trusted partnerships with clients. Your ability to negotiate renewal contracts, identify and close expansion opportunities and communicate effectively, will be essential to your success in this dynamic and client-facing position.

This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office with the expectation to come in once a week on Wednesdays. You are welcome to come in additional days or work fully in office.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Be the key point of contact for all customer account management matters for a book of business consisting of our customers.
  • Work towards quarterly net renewal and expansion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring Patsnap is delivering exceptional value to our clients as quickly as possible.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize retention and expansion.
  • Accurately forecast both renewals and expansion on a 90 day rolling basis.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

About You:

  • You show the potential to articulate solutions and deliver business cases that resonate with our customers.
  • You have some experience using account planning frameworks to prioritize key tasks and activities within your book of business, with a focus on value-based outcomes.
  • You have strong listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • You are highly customer centric and are driven by having a positive impact on Patsnap’s customers.
  • You are highly presentable, and relish the opportunity to deal with all manner of clients, in environments that others would consider challenging.
  • Track record of performance against a renewal-based and expansion-based targets.
  • You have commercial experience across multiple industries and geographies.
