Good Influence is currently seeking a Account Manager to support the development and execution of client campaigns. In supporting the lead strategist, you will be responsible for tasks associated with coordinating content, tracking campaigns’ progress, and producing reports to ensure exemplary client communication and project success.
Your experience should include exposure and knowledge of digital campaigning and you will be expected to hit the ground running in support of new client work.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in client discussions to understand their goals and execute tailored campaigns.
- Tracking campaigns’ progress, ensuring that all activities are on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Generating reports on campaign performance and analyzing key metrics.
- Providing clients with regular updates on the project status.
- Working closely with Good Influence leaders and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Attending client brainstorming sessions.
As the Account Manager, you will should have the following:
- At least 2 years of agency or consulting experience.
- An understanding of social media platforms, including engagement and interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working in a remote, collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A growth mindset and interest in career growth with Good Influence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Background or experience in politics, advocacy, or digital engagement.
