Summary
The Sr Manager, Account Management identifies and tracks new opportunities for business growth in the public sector. They act as a trusted business partner to public sector customers and mentor a team to achieve collaborative wins. The role requires public sector or non-profit experience and 10-15 years of B2G sales and/or account management experience.

Responsibilities
- Identifies, tracks, and responds to new opportunities across the national market by leveraging existing relationships, developing new relationships, and acting as a trusted business partner to public sector customers
- Guides the team in creating pitch decks and proposals for customers
- Maintains close ties with existing customers and is present during fulfillment conversations to be considered a trusted thought partner for customers
- Identifies and proposes pilot programs for customers, stands up new pilot programs, designs a playbook for successful programs, and facilitates a smooth handoff to the Operations Team
- Acts as a member of the Growth leadership team and oversees a team focused on growth of business across the US. Hires, trains, provides feedback and mentors team members to support and grow Account Management activities
