About Evolve

Brian Egan and Adam Sherry founded Evolve in 2011 to manage vacation rentals and enhance guest experiences across North America. We work to simplify the vacation rental process for owners, guests, and service partners.

For owners, we provide support, marketing, and expertise to help manage and grow their businesses. Our services come with a low fee and no long-term commitment. For guests, we offer access to vetted homes, booking support, and our “Rest Easy Guarantee” to ensure satisfaction. We also partner with professional photographers and cleaning teams, creating business growth opportunities while supporting both guests and owners.

Evolve manages tens of thousands of properties. We’ve hosted over 16 million guests, generating more than $3 billion in rental income with an average guest review of 4.8 stars.
