With a focus on precision and reliability, they are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join their growing finance team in a part-time remote capacity.
Job Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting & Data Entry
- Enter daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
- Maintain and reconcile general ledgers
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
Accounts & Payroll
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including following up on overdue accounts
- Process incoming payments and create accurate job and work invoices
- Support payroll processing using Payrole
Inventory & Documentation
Maintain stock and consumable inventory listings
Keep financial records up to date and compliant with internal accounting procedures
Ensure data integrity and accounting accuracy using MYOB
Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role
Strong proficiency in MYOB (advanced)
Experience with Payrole and payroll processing (preferred)
Excellent data entry, reconciliation, and invoice tracking skills
Familiarity with Australian accounting standards
Highly accurate, organised, and reliable
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good written English; verbal English required for future team interaction
