This is a 6-month contract with possibility of extension.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 2-3 years administrative experience (email and data base management, customer service, invoice processing)
- Experience working in property market or maintenance services industries.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools
Nice to Have:
- Simpro Experience is a plus
What will you do?
- Data integrity - Updating duplicate sites / contacts / customers
- Customer information management - Contact details of property managers. Customer contracts relating to safety checks
- Site information management - Linking customer information and assets. Site contacts – Property Managers, Renters and Rental Providers
- Report management - Adding historical reports to sites and jobs. Emailing completed reports, invoices and quotes where relevant to property managers
- Work orders - Updating work orders to Simpro (could be as leads initially)
