Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support ISC’s Division Presidents. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex travel arrangements, organizing meetings, and overseeing facilities-related matters to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Division Presidents, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Anticipate travel needs and ensure all logistical details are in place, including visas and expense planning.
- Process and reconcile travel and expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Organize leadership team offsites, business reviews, and other corporate events.
- Act as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support office facilities-related tasks, ensuring a well-maintained and functional work environment.
- Support with the coordination working with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and supply management.
- Support office space planning and workstation assignments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of executive support experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience handling facilities-related responsibilities is a plus.

The starting hourly pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.
ISC’s salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
National Pay Range
$38—$40 USD
