We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our growing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our footprint in the Nordics markets, acquiring and managing relationships with top-tier advertisers and agencies. As one of our first local hires in the Netherlands, you’ll drive new business, shape strategy, and be instrumental in positioning Taboola as a leader in performance advertising for the open web.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Fluent / business proficient Swedish speaker with fluent English skills (must-have)
Proven experience in advertising sales, especially performance-based and digital media and agencies
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch to close.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
Deep understanding of the Nordics advertising landscape, agency ecosystem and strong network.
Existing network of advertiser and agency contacts in the Netherlands
Bonus points if you have:
Experience representing a tech or media company at industry events and conferences
Proficiency in Dutch (nice to have) at a native or professional proficiency level.

Driving new business by acquiring and growing relationships with enterprise advertisers and media agencies
Building and managing a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth
Developing tailored, customer-centric sales strategies for top brands and agencies
Presenting Taboola’s performance advertising solutions to meet client objectives and deliver ROI
Leading negotiations and closing high-value contracts with senior stakeholders
Representing Taboola at industry events, building brand visibility and thought leadership in the market
