Job Title: On-Demand AI Consultant
Location: Remote (Flexible)
Engagement: Part-Time / On-Demand
Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI expert who can provide strategic and technical guidance on AI development, support presales efforts, and contribute to building AI innovation accelerators. This is a consulting role, ideal for a senior AI professional who can work with our existing software developers to build AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide the development of AI and ML capabilities within ISHIR.
Support presales efforts by providing AI expertise, creating proposals, and engaging with clients.
Design and validate AI innovation accelerators tailored to client needs.
Conduct training sessions and mentor ISHIR’s software developers in AI/ML best practices.
Provide insights on AI trends, technologies, and competitive positioning.
Assist in identifying high-value AI use cases for ISHIR’s target industries.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in AI/ML, with hands-on experience in model development and deployment.
Strong background in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
Experience in Data Engineering tools and big data handling.
Experience in AI strategy, presales, and client engagement.
Ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or computer vision is a plus.
Prior consulting experience or working in an on-demand advisory role is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in AI/ML.
Strong understanding of cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps and AI governance.
Engagement Model:
On-demand consulting based on project requirements.
Engagement may vary from a few hours per week to structured project-based involvement.
