ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continuous growth, our Strategy & Innovation team is excited to welcome a motivated AI Product Manager to help us align cutting-edge AI opportunities with business goals to drive organizational success.
As an AI Product Manager, you’ll play a vital role in identifying high-impact opportunities, building innovative use cases, and driving the development of AI-powered solutions across the organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, marketing, operations, and leadership, you’ll help shape the future of how AI transforms our business.

YOUR MISSION
- As an AI Product manager at Leadtech, you will:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI to improve operations, enhance user experiences, and unlock new business models.
- Translate business needs and technical possibilities into concrete AI use cases, with roadmaps and clear prioritization frameworks.
- Drive AI projects end-to-end—from ideation to pilot and launch—by collaborating with product managers, engineers, data teams, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a change agent, enabling teams to adopt new tools and processes that integrate AI into their workflows.
- Lead rapid prototyping and iteration cycles to validate value early, using data to inform decisions.
- Keep up with the latest in AI trends, tools (e.g., LLMs, GenAI), and best practices, continuously exploring their applicability to our business.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clear alignment and understanding across teams.

- We’re looking for someone with a balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and excellent collaboration. Ideally, you have:
- Proven experience in product, innovation, growth, operations, or similar roles where you’ve led initiatives from idea to delivery.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape (LLMs, GenAI, APIs, frameworks like LangChain/CrewAI, etc.) and a demonstrated ability to translate this into real business value.
- A builder’s mindset: you love creating and launching, not just ideating.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills—you see the big picture and act on the details.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
- Fluency with modern tools across AI, BI (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n), analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Firebase), and prototyping (Figma, Canva).
- Technical literacy: while not a developer, you understand technical concepts well enough to collaborate closely with engineers.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
- Bonus: experience leading change or launching AI-powered initiatives in fast-moving or established companies.
