Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for customers regarding API integration and usage
- Collaborate closely with the development team to provide solutions
- Create and maintain API documentation, including FAQs and tutorials
- Research competing products' features and analyze them
- Collect and organize customer needs, design API products, and enhance and optimize related API product functions
- Monitor API performance and propose improvements to increase system stability and performance
- Participate in API testing and updates, ensuring functionality and compatibility
- Provide customer feedback to the product team and suggest improvements for product features and user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years or more of experience in financial or blockchain-related product design
- Experience with Gate.io's API products is preferred
- Excellent logical abilities, understanding grid trading, high-frequency trading, arbitrage strategies, etc
